workshop Xavier LEGRAND François BOUSSU Face to the emergence of new requirements on composite material and the new demand of energy consumption, textile composite structures appear as one of a main potential solution. Textile structures, considered as a fibre reinforcement solution, are widely used into different domains as: air transportation (aerospace and aeronautic), personal or collective ground transportation (Automotive, Railway and Subway), nautical transportation (submarine, boat), building and construction, personal and collective protection, medical and health.
